COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

B. Your contact information

C. Consent to jurisdiction

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a lawsuit within the time period required by the DMCA, we may restore access to the material.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Where appropriate and in our discretion, we will terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.

MISREPRESENTATIONS

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability, including damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
