IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 12 STEPS PUBLISHING FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 12 Steps Publishing and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any additional terms referenced at the time of purchase or within the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 12 Steps Publishing regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
